Hello to all,

I understand that some/most of you are upset and have been waiting a long time to get your replacements.

As far as replacements.. All I can say is it won't me much longer (yes I know, sound like broken record) just PLEASE be a little more patient and this will all be past us soon..

As fasr as emails not getting returned, If you sent the emails to something other than " [email protected] " they wont get answered.. I handle all warranty issue's and have replied to each email I have received..

So if you still want to flame on us.. you have my email.. let em rip

Thank you and have a Happy Easter!

I got USPS confirmation on a package being sent out from Trinity, so returns must be starting to happen.

Thanks Chad.

Chad I have been silent on this issue for the most part, but I will say it would have been cool if you could have just popped on here every now and again to update on the situation. All that being said I hope when the motors do start shipping out back to the racers I hope the motors RIP and everyone is happy. I do want to thank you guys for not shipping out motors back to customers until you guys have/had the problem 100% resolved.

Got my new Pulse today. Will be testing in the next few days. It does look a LOT better on the solder joints though, much higher quality build from looks.

Hello,

Is it only the 17.5, 13.5, 10.5 Pulses that had problems? or did the low turn mod motors also have problems?. I see rcmarket has 4T and 4.5T pulses at a good price, but dont want to buy knowing its junk.

Thanks Ya`All

The mod pulse motors are fine, it was only the 10.5, 13.5 and 17.5 that had issues.

It was a version 1, although I have another 13.5 version 1 that has caused me no issues ever. I think it may be more of a batch issue than a version issue, maybe the difference between the day shift and the night shift, LOL.
