Here is the information I was sent 1.5 months ago when I sent mine back and I still have not heard anything. It was sent with delivery confirmation and it has been delivered but nothing back from them. I have even contacted them about exchanging it for another 17.5 like another duo.

Maybe that is why you haven't heard anything.

You make me laugh.

The zip code alone is enough to get it in the right town. Now if one of those digits is off, the package would go through a look up and redirect or returned to the sender if completely wrong. He'd of at least had the package back by now. I'm sure they have his motor. My guess is they aren't ready to make a decision as to what to do with all the junk motors. Personally, I'd replace all the old ones and bill the manufacturer back for the crappy workmanship unless it was a design flaw and not a manufacturing process issue. In this market, it'll be about the only way to get credibility back.

I sent my pulse back first week in January. It lasted for abut 2 minutes, then grenaded. They told me a month ago to please be patient, I would not be disappointed??? Mid-March, still no exchange...I'm not disappointed

I think alot of folks requested the "just send anything", "just need a motor to race with since we already paid!!"

I told them to send a Dou back as well.. At this point, im not worried about it. Ill just let trinity get it right, and whatever they send back will probably be pretty damn good. I'm not mad about it, just getting a little impatient.

Yeah that's a 10-4, I'm just waiting. The bad part is my offroad season is cranking up in about a week. Won't be using the motor again for some time...next winter.

Just bought the trinity ex-tech... the heads were popping on those, and they got that fixed...so I imagine trinity will work this out as well

From what I have been told by an unnamed source it will be worth the wait for what is coming!!! They are not going to replace the bad motor with another one say a duo motor. I understand that the new pulse that is in the near future is HOT!!!! I will be very patient!!!
