You will not see any new MM products at Tower or MM USA. I was the product manager for MM USA until I got layed off from Hobbico, they will not order any new product from MM. They don't have the knowldge of the product to make sure it will hit the States. In short order all your MM products from Hong Kong.

LOL so very true. I do quite enjoy my Mi4 And yes, the purple did grow on me. But to then color match chassis, chargers and tire warmers to purple...thats a bit too much. However, to each his own, and in the end, driver skill gets more respect than the color of ones Muchmore unit.

Slightly off topic, but I since your here.....

How long does the Silent Platinum take to ramp up to full charge amperage for li-po?

I have two original Silent chargers and they take a about 12 minutes to ramp up to full charge amperage (5 amps). Sometimes it is cutting it real close for the next round!

Thanks in advance!

masterhit: I do believe you are right. Shopkeeper had the same findings as well. I do not have a problem as the rounds are further apart, and I use 2 lipos and 2 chargers either way so 1 is always charged.

Thanks guys, I was hoping the platinum had a better ramp time/updated firmware....

But, after seeing the Legend charge time I don't feel so bad anymore...... I have been waiting for the chargers to show up so I can snag everything in one order.

And that's why I'll prolly get the black, I don't need a glowing purple haze in my pit.

BTW I need everything I can to look fast because on the track I SUCK!
