Don't make me spend more money on that Trinity crap while you guys play pat-a-cake with oval!
Most likely have an over supply of motors in stock and waiting for stocks to run down before releasing the spec motors.
Can't wait to try the new range of motors and the replacement GTB ESC.

The difference between Novak and Trinity is simple. In a worse case scenerio like Trinity has going on if this were to happen to Novak they would take care of there custmers and stop shipping the motors in an effort to remedy the problem imediately.

Trinity's strategy was to do offer a promise and then do nothing when they figured out the problem was MUCH bigger then originally thought. After all it would just cost them to much money to take care of he hundreds of defective motors.

I am pretty sure Novak has done there homework here and and they will continue to test there mod motors make a few changes if need be and then roll out the spec motors the proper way.

No hype, just solid execution with a plan.

Actually, we rarely have much of anything in inventory because we build to order. We manufacture our products (motors are all hand wound) here in Irvine based on what customers want, so we never have an inventory full of Chinese imports that we have to unload.

And you don't have to wonder why their English suddenly gets much worse when you call them up and ask why the new batch of motors are exploding.

Offering replacement parts so motors can be repaired/rebuilt is the way it should be done. Some of your competitors don't even make replacement rotors available. The gap in philosophy on how to treat customers is huge.
