Most newer ESCs have radio priority circuitry where the speedo will shut down power to the motor if the voltage drops below a certain point, or will stop working when there is no signal to the receiver. So there is really no need (anymore) for fail-safes in electric.

Thanks Timmy.

Hi guys, anyone of you using Hobbywing ESC? I plan to get one and wish to know do it built in fail safe like freq clash and voltage cutoff. Thanks in advance.
