VTA setup for JRXS type R

Could some please give me a VTA setup for a type R thanks in advance.

Mike Haynes has a great one, I have never seen him even come close to losing a VTA race so its gotta be decent.

Haha thanks guys, yea that car is really really hooked up....kregger posted the right link, only change i have made to it is to have 12lb front springs....a word of caution it will be real edgy with the soft front spring.
