Default I have an old "Speed Gems 2 pink (garnet) 13X2 turn motor" . Good, bad? to slow?

I have this motor I bought it a while ago and want to build an on-road car with it. It a 13x2 turn Speed Gems 2 motor. What should I expect with say a 5000mah nimh battery? Or is it a waste of time , jus buy a new motor.

Trinity is updating their Speed Gems line to brushless motors, so if you already have a brushless system, I would recommend that. In the long run, you will get much more performance, run time and fun from a brushless motor.
