Default Drag Brake Settings

Hey All,
Two questions for you concerning the sweet spot for drag brake on both my 1/12 scale and TC. Both are using an RS Pro ESC. For the 1/12 I use an LRP 4.5 or 5/5 depending on the track and my TC uses a 13.5 Orion. I do not use brakes and they are not even dialed in on my TX. Currently I run 30% on both and only want to best simulate a brushed motor. Your thoughts?
Thanks,
Kane
