You're right the cyclone are 62T. That's very strange, I wonder how they can fit the white belts on their cyclones, there's NO WAY they can make up for a 3 teeth difference, you'd need to move the diff by 4.5mm towards the motor, when the whole range for the tensioning on the MSX is of no more than 2mm.

On the front 1.5-2mm usually, 1mm on the rear. thats for outdoor. I'll tend to adjust the rollcentre in 0.5mm steps. for the shims themselves, I'm using Tamiya ones, and some KOSE ones too (4 sizes ranging from 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5 mm). Could try any uk modelshop, should have some in stock, or be able to get hold of em somewhere.

The 415msx white belt does not fit on the cyclone (tried and failed).

I`m guessing it fitted only the prototypes.

Will vouch for that, brought some parts off Nick before, good turn around, and reasonably priced too.

Will the battery brace for the TA05 (Part # 53884) fit the 415MSX?
If no, then do you know what will fit/ or can be made to fit (I hate taping batteries)?

Thanks….

I do not know about the TA05 battery brace, but I have seen 415 owners use the posts and battery braces from the Xray TC.

If you search this thread you should find reference to the Xray battery brace.
