Also had some very hard crashes but "only" thing what happened was a damaged motor with destroyed endbell and twisted armature.

if any of you need any carbon pieces making you can send them to http://www.fibre-lyte.co.uk/and they can make anything you want. im currently running an ms version chassis on my msx in 3.2mm carbon for carpet. quality is excellent and price is slightly cheaper than tamiya prices.

Hi, anyone. I just bought tamiya TRF 415. What is the different between TRF 415, 415 MS and 415 MSX ?

TRF 415 was the first version what was released with the same suspension as TRF414 and EVO3 and uses a 3mm chassis. The 415MS looks the same but uses a 2.5mm chassis, different shocktowers and the lightweight suspension what is also used on the EVO4. The MSX as a complete kit will be released in December and is basically a 415MS with improved bulkheads and top deck. The current MSX conversion kit could be used with both of the older 415s and changes bulkheads and top deck to the new style.

Like what V12 has stated.

If you're looking to have your car hoped up to current spec. Then thats a lot of money...!

But most people like the Original 415 for carpet racing. As it has a thicker chassis and harder arms. The receipe for carpet.

But if you're going to race on asphalt then I suggest the reversible LW arms and remove the 4 posts...This is to get the chasssis to flex a little to genarate more traction...

How much was the MS when it was released and how much more does everyone think the MSX refine2 kit will be?

Looking into getting one but I want to see what sort of money it's likely to cost, ie: Is it going to make the Cyclone look cheap

I believe the shop cost of the MS was $400. Most shops don't sell at cost so they add 50-75 to that price.

So .... expect a price of 450-500 for the MSX.
