it's a new indoor asphalt track and no one has run on it yet. so i was just looking for some tires/inserts that would be a good starting point.

I use Sorex 36R's with Yokomo super thin firm inserts at SoCal.

yup looks like it, but X ray dont have that long plate .
they only holds 3 batt in a plate

That's an optional plate from XRAY, check their website out under option parts for the T1 series and you can order one.
