well got my worlds kit today. I've put all the parts on the car, and I have to say i'm well impressed with the rear hubs, so much less play with them now installed.

Anyway, I'm gonna carry on running the spool this weekend, first time outdoors with the car, but I'm now running XB/B (F/R) on the rear, and B/XA (F/R) on the front. Also, I've lengthened the wheelbase by 1mm at the rear, to take into account of the decrease caused by sweeping the arms forward by 2deg on the rear (ie 6mm of spacers in front of the arm, 2mm behind).
Can't wait to put the car on the track and give it a try.... roll on 7am sunday

I'll let you all know how i get on.
Regards
Ed

I'll be doing more narrow car testing tomorrow at SoCal, it worked really good outdoors on medium grip asphault, now its time for indoors high grip asphault.

How did the narrow testing go Randy? Have you made any revisions to your previously posted So Cal set up. I found it to be a good set up. Still have on power push but the rear of the car is still planted. Any suggestions?? What does shortening the rear camber links and lifting them up on the inner/outer positions do?

I hope you don't plan on using those X-Ray and MIP parts in a Tamiya Regional event...

It's flipping awesome! I took out the wheel spacers last time I was at SoCal and got all giddy with the way the car drove afterwards. I'm definitely going to get the worlds parts kit when Speedtech gets it. So much steering, but STUCK!

Car's getting better but there are a few things that I'm going to try. But for now and since the car was clean at the time, I would like to share some pics with you guys...

You know that open field next to Tamiya's track? It's a cool place to play with other toys while your batteries are charging...

Rod, I can't believe these words are going to come out of my mouth, but...can I get a better look at your rear end?

And that's it for now. I've been having a lot of TTLD's lately...Total Technological Let Downs. Camera batteries were weak, cell phone sucks, keep getting booted from cool socom games, etc hehe

And no Gary, you may not look at my rear end, but you can surely look at Fred's when he bends over straight legged to pickup/putdown his car

That's a sexxy rear end there Rod What does it do versus the standard, plant the rear end better from the middle out?
