Hey

Are TB01-TG10 steering knuckles the same or interchangeable with TA04's?

I want to get some of these for my TRF-415 in the future. Want some blue aluminum knuck's but not paying Tamiya price for them

Too bad they are GPM.. they make horse manuer. Never had single GPM part that fit right on any car.

Tomorrow I will have the next race with the 415. Maybe comparing with my old EVO III.
Smooth and fast! My test was difficult at first as there seemed to be no grip with Sorex 28s - then I went head on into the wall with radio interference which damaged my shell on its second lap
I was losing a bit of confidence in the car and was feeling pretty frustrated about the handling (Marc Rheinard setup from rcworld.ch), but then I changed to Sorex 24Rs and turned down my dual rate on the steering - then it was really quick  with maybe just a little too much understeer for my liking, but this can be fixed. I did a 8.5 second lap with the 415, compared to a 8.6 with the Xray - but these were on different days, so I won't draw any conclusions just yet.
Monday I will be doing a head-to-head test.

For my driving style, the 415 is much nicer to drive than the EVO III - I could never get the EVO III to turn in the way I liked.

Hope you have a good race and look forward to you comparison.

Cheers, Mark.

I notice the outdrive slots aren't 90deg to each other, like on my speedtech spool...

Just been busy fitting all the old suspension back on my 415, sick of trying to make the new stuff work indoor and failing so back to the old tried and trusted setup. Rick
