Suradaj hope you don't like that 414 as it was real close to an Atlas design that was racing for 6mo prior to the release of the 414' s.

What is?

Guys, please let me get your opinions especially from you who actually watch the Reedy Race in Thailand as you know the Champ has, once again, fail to win in his own home track.

- The 415 is not better than TB or 414?
- S`karns is no where near the skill of Barry Baker
- Peak Electronics never in the same performance level of Reedy

This is not intended to offence anything, just choose between those 3 and some positive comments only.

to be fair to Surikarn he has only got one week to test the trf415. so i personally think he did ok despite not getting on the podium.
anyway if i am not wrong Kazuo Muramatsu was driving the 415 and he got second? seems like a good result for a prototype car.

I agree with that, plus it has been reported that The Champ has been crashed at the beggining of the first two finals, which gave him no chance to win.

Would you expect a ar which has not been tested for more than one week to be 3 in the top 10 of a major race, with a second place ?

The car's fast, and it's going to be faster and faster.

So you think Tamiya or the Champ made a wrong choice to use the one week tested car in such a big event?

If not mistaken, It`s been reported (I forgot in which threats) that lap times geting faster and faster than driving TBs.

I also forgot to ask to you guys,
Do you think with the release of TRF415, TB EVO3 days will be ended?

Default A site of interest ...

I'm not sure how many of you are familiar with this site <http://www.tq-racing.com/> but it has some good articles (in the 'News > Race Reports' section) about Karn and just how awesome an R/C driver he is. It definitely gives me a better appreciation for his accomplishments. GO KARN!

'nuff said,

Surikarn and the 415 is a great match in the reedy race, in the quals he was leading all the way, and i heard the only reason he did not win is because of the inccidents he had in the first opening laps of the race

His driving skill are superb trust me

The TB Evo line has always been around i.e Evo1 and 2, TB01, TB02. the TRF 414/5 is a serperate higher end line of cars no reason for tamiya to dump the cheaper "tamiya" race kits.

Thanks for all your input...

I`ve seen how he drives when we raced last year.

I believe TBE EVO and 4XX Series are in equal line of competition level car... just different taste in my experience/opinions.

From what I see above, everybody had a crash in their start of 1-2 finals except Barry. So that is why Barry could won the race luckily...

Im maybe wrong.. but cmon guys lets not put the crash in the subject because shits can happen to anybody.

Personally Karn's is my favourite driver, coz he was extremely smooth !!
Im driving 414WCR too.

But what happen, when he switched to EVO III or even 415 ??

Extremely true...

It is just like saying.. if masami did not put barry baker against the wall on 2002 IFMAR in South Afrrica, there will NEVER be 414 World Champion Replica (oh yes, this is my favorite ride too). Barrys only need to stayed on 2nd place to become a world champion (if I remember it correctly), and no matter who won the third final.

Futhermore, If you looked closely, no driver... I mean NO EP DRIVERS in the world take corners as fast as masami!!! But I might like him more if he drives Tamiya
