Hinge pins on the outer edges are different as well, they are now just a straight bar with a thread on the end and you thread them in. Rear hubs look kind of fragile but we will see when i try it. Also the front droop screws dont really line up well at all and half over hang the edge of the chassis. Rick
Have you ran the car with the new suspension? How do they work? Worth the investment?

better bring this pack onto the first page..... hehehe

Anyway, I've ordered my 415 now, hopefully arrive in a few weeks (gone through speedtech, best prices i could find, shiping included). I ordered what parts I could (front suspension blocks, spool), so should be fine, can't wait to get it now, my yokomo really narked me off the other night with a) its fragility, b) its lack of pace....

One other question i have is this. I've ordered along with the kit, some 64dp spur and pinions, in the range of 100, 102, and 105 on the spurs and 30-38 in pinon. Will these be enough? or do I need to think about more (ie smaller pinions, smaller spurs) regards
I have doen some quick gearing calcs, and i doubt very much I would need anything higher than a 38 on 100 (final drive of 5.21, thats if the calcs are correct)

Now all I need is some patience (kinda helped by going to the brit GP this weekend)

Regards
Ed

Depends on the size of track you run, you MIGHT need smaller pinions since the lowest you can go with 105/30 gives you 7.66 final drive. For tighter tracks and especially with high RPM motors like the binary you might want to go as low as 8 for your final drive.

well, i do have a single color poorly painted Xanavi Skyline you could use... i just hope that Jason got mine painted!

other than that, prolly just the TCS legal tires/wheels... i have some bs and b2s, but im sure ill be using them! also some tuning parts, if required... i generally use either all yellow or blue f yellow rear. i think i have enuff of these to supply.. maybe swaybars too. i did find some genuine turnbuckles, as i noticed that the Tamiya wrench didnt fit these, but my Lunsford was perfect.

like i said earlier... this stuff will be with me anyway, so its no biggie either way. ill send a pm with my phone #, and we should be in town around 8 p.m. friday id guess...

Hi,

Does anyone already has the new suspensionsystem as used by Surikarn during Reedy's race of champions?

How does it feel, and how does it look?

Does anyone has pictures?

Thank you in advantage.
