It's THIS thread. Just go up the upper left corner and press the "search this thread" button. Then you can try looking up x-ray or 2.0 or whatever...

Excuse me, anybody which assembled front diff before could confirm if the it's really looser than the rear 1, in the case i broke the screw in the 1st time when i try to put it at least as tight as the rear, as it convince me the front diff could not be as tight as the rear 1, isn't it?

Best regards

I also can not see any setups on that site for the MSXX. Is there any whre to see Rheinards setups for mod rubber from Vegas the last 2 years?
My bad. When I switched the site over to the forum software, I thought I'd moved all the setups across properly... looks like I missed some. I'll try and get the links fixed tomorrow. Cheers for the heads up

As far as I've heard NONE of them fit without modifying spot where the blukhead curves around the cells. Your best bet would be to research the stick-pack conversion or buy a 416...

I tried a friends Yeah Racing 3200 in my MSX MRE and it wouldn't go...

i was able to fit an smc 28c 4000 after grinding off about 2-3mm off the little hump thing that hangs down on the bulk head. if you're not willing to remove that then the above answer is correct. none.

Technically that makes my above post correct in ALL circumstances...

You can buy the parts from the stick pack conversion kit seperately, so you don't have
to spend all the money to buy the whole kit.
The only thing you have to modify is to countersink the holes for the center
post. After that you can fit 5000 lipo pack in the car.
Just my 2$

I run yeah lipos 3200 and 4000 and they slide under the bump, i have a few little scratches on top of the battery case but really on the sticker on top that was scratched. I just bought one of the lipo trays as well and they helped me with weight and they require not mods at all, they slide the battery out a little away from the bulkgead

Here is the link to the two stick pack conversions. If you have an MSX, you nee the parts from the MSX conversion. If you have an MSX-MRE or later, you need the parts from the MSXX conversion (because of the ackerman steering). To find part numbers, just click on the "Parts Listings" button above the photo in the link...

MSX: http://www.tamiyausa.com/product/ite...oduct-id=49385

MSXX: http://www.tamiyausa.com/product/ite...oduct-id=49436

BTW: The bulkhead parts and upper deck alone at $122 cost more than the entire conversion that can be had for $99. And TamiyaUSA is the only place that has them (according to google)...
