Are you using Front One-Way? If so, you can get the MRE one-way housing, so you don't need to do any modification.

If you or someone has access to a small lathe, then it is not too hard to remove 0.5 mm from each side of the pulley and it will fit ok...

The pinion size will depend on the motor and track...can you give some more info?

Hi Guy's
Is there any difference between the TA 05 wide pitch pulleyand TA05 normal pulley, its just that a rock went into the pulley and distroyed the back one. I know the pitch is different but are they still both 36 teeth and is it okay to run a wide pitch at the front and a normal TA05 at theback. I will have to order a couple of spares after christmas.
Thanks Guys
Addam
