Default 370 - 380 brushed motors for RC18R?

Hi ...

Just wondering about any pointers for quality brushed replacement motors for RC18R? Car is bone stock except I will be using a 2 cell LiPo ...

Thanks, I am new to cars and kinda ignorant ...

Questions??

wow thanks for the ideas! was really hoping to keep it cheap ... that's why not going brushless. want something better than stock but not expensive.

anybody else have any other ideas?

In the long run, brushless is cheaper. Less motor maintenance, these little 4wd cars can tear up a brushed motor. You will go through enough brushed motors to equal the cost of a brushless motor.

Castle Creations has the CM20, 4200's on sale for $20 each. Not super fast, but a cheap way to get into brushless.

Team losi rx-280 out of a mini slider, there like 15 bucks and pretty fast.
