I have great results with associated diff grease. Use the black grease for you thrust bearings and the silicone grease (either stealth or normal) for the diff plates.

I you are running a low speed class like 540 or stock use only a thin layer on each diff ring. If you are running 10.5 or higher then use a more liberal amount.

Ive had good results with schumacher grease and much more thrust grease. Associated grease works good too.

AE stealth grease has always been the benchmark, can't go wrong with that.

Do you really feel a difference between the different brands?
I had Muchmore?, Tamiya, Associated, HPI, ... Every grease worked as good as the others.
Just take the cheapet difgrease, your shop has.
