I you are running a low speed class like 540 or stock use only a thin layer on each diff ring. If you are running 10.5 or higher then use a more liberal amount.

i use tamiya ceramic grease only on the thrust balls and plates in a ta05 19 turn
i warm the grease in a cup of water before using, the grease comes in a metal tube

AE stealth grease has always been the benchmark, can't go wrong with that.

Do you really feel a difference between the different brands?
I had Muchmore?, Tamiya, Associated, HPI, ... Every grease worked as good as the others.
Just take the cheapet difgrease, your shop has.
