Charlie received another AY pic yesterday but he has yet to get a "MASTER PIECE" from him yet. I think work has taken up some of AY time. AY if you're out there.....Charlie needs to be brought up to speed quickly

I think he's trying to figure out how to make an "R" so that he can spell out charlie's entire name with his alphabet pals.

Just want to get this out early:

Does anyone know of any websites that intend to cover the race? Obviously I'm assuming LiveRC will be broadcasting, will anyone be posting pictures or reports throughout?

Looking forward to following as much as possible from the UK, had some great pictures last year!

Thanks
Oli

SMC Lipo batteries have arrived and in stock just in time for the REEDY race.

Thanks SMC you never let SpeedWorld down.

LIVERC will cover the event and they are setting up right now.

Also SpeedWorld will be liverc for all club and big events for here on out.

Special Thanks to Brian Jacobsen that have sponsored SpeedWorld for the 2009 REEDY race and have purchased the entire set up for liverc permanently at SpeedWorld Raceway & Hobbies.

Thank you Billy

Should have called Billy...Been sitting on about a dozen 17.5 and 13.5 Duo's for a few weeks now. Got a mad rush the other day though and most are gone now.

Hope you all have a great race!

Oli, I'm pretty sure that RCracing2.com or their new address rcevilempire.com will be posting live updates throughout the weekend. And like the rest said LiveRC.

Cheers!

Default t2009

hey guys, i just purchased the xray T2009 and was wondering what gearing to run at speedworld. I'm running the rcgt 17.5 class along with 13.5 and was wondering if there is a common spur gear I can use for both classes and what pinions to use for the classes. Good luck to all, have a safe trip there and see you all there.

Not sure what gearing you would start with but I've heard with the 17.5 guys final drive is between 4.40 and 3.8 and the 13.5 anywhere from 4 to 5 final drive. My TC3 running a 17.5 is final 4.1 and 13.5 in a TC5 is 4.3. I might be off though. That should get you started.

We arrived to Speedworld earlier today and happy to be greeted by Scotty, his staff, as well as Billy, his staff, and a handful of racers that were on hand to check-in. Brandon Rhode of LiveRC.com is also in attendance and was busy setting up his gear for broadcast. Day one of controlled practice starts at 9 am PST tomorrow.

The Speedworld facility looks absolutely immaculate, Thank you Billy and crew!

Hello Eric, I am so sorry, I thought you were not doing motors any longer the last time I had talked to you. My bad, I would of called you in a heart beat if I new that you were still doing motors. I would support you anytime.
