I ordered a bunch of stuff for my SD and got it in a couple days even using the "regular" shipping. I think they're based out of HK but not positive. I would order from them again without hesitation.

Superb!! I do now have an KO EX-10 Helios from them
I got it in a week with Express Air.. It was in Sweden after 4 days but the postal service is kinda crappy here so it took 3 more days to come home to me.

On the package it stood it was located in Hongkong so it must be loctaed there

I've ordered from them and the package definitely came from HK, when you check the tracking number you get the HK post site... Very good service and it took me 5 days to gey my parts in NY...

Not sure if I am the only one but I made an order for two parts and it was 11 days before I got an email asking me to pay for them. I was getting it shipped via air because I needed it fast, and 11 days is long past what I was needing. There was no explaination as to why it took so long to ask for the money either. I am glad that they waited to ask for $ because of the delay but I wasn't sure as to why it was done like that.

BZR, if you have been waiting for 2 months reply have you considered that you gave them the incorrect e-mail address?? I have done it before.

Also It has bever taken more than 36 hours to recieve a reply. Jonathan

I recently put an order in for brushes and a few other bits, emails came back promptly.... BUT when i tried to email back telling them to go ahead with the order, every single one of my emails was bounced back... regardless of the addresses I used. Sufice to say, at the moment i consider that un-ordered....

Never had any trouble before that though.

I've ordered a few things from them, very fast delivery everytime. About 1 week and the goods appear on my door/desk

James is a bit slow replying my email sometimes tho.

we made a fairly big order late last year and we had no problems what so ever, quick delivery, replied to all of our emails.

they also had to take a part out of a kit for us (first shop i've known that is willing to do that) and because it wasn't in any packaging, they offered us 10% off our next order but unfortunatley, we haven't needed to order anything else from them

I'll second that Jame's is very helpful, and provides an excellent service.
I have found his prices to be some of the best and his shipping prices are very good. Nice website too
