Default Pan car question.

I just aquired this pan car for $10. And i want to get it up and running. The guy who sold it to me said it is an RC12. I went to Team Associated's website and looked at all the manuals for the 1/12 scale pan cars and none seem to match up to mine. I really need to know what it is because its missing most of the diff pieces. Any help would be appreciated.

Most definately not a RC12...looks to me like possibly an Agitator 12? It has an Agitator like front end but the rear T-plate design is more like a Bolink.

What do you think my best bet would be for finding diff parts?

That does indeed look like a Lucas Agitator 12. I had one back in the day but it was "many, many" days ago.

They have been out of business for many years although Lucas himself has been to some races through the years. The diff parts would be hard to find at this point but there are aftermarket parts that might be similar to the stock parts.

Would you have any interest in trading a complete 1/12th roller for it? If you are willing to trade it, then maybe I have something you might want for it. Please let me know.

Ritchie,

With as little racing that I have been doing lately, if I took your WGT car for a spin all that would be left of it is a pile of carbon dust. and a few broken wheels from the carnage.

How you guys doing anyways? What's the best day to visit, Wed or Fri.?

Steve

Lets hope you can close the purchase before Bob Stormer sees it, I think Bob needs parts for his old Agitator 12 restoration...
