Default TC5R Gearing plz

Whats the best gearing for a TC5R 64pitch trinity 17.5 brushless motor????
And if any one has a tc5 64 pitch gear chart plz IM me.

If the drive line is very free and spins easily by hand start at 4.0 FDR(RUBBER), it will also depend on track size and what tires you are running, foam or rubber?
