Default Protoform LTC-R

New body on the horizon from Protoform...

From Red RC

"Protoform have released a spy shot of their new LTC-R 190mm Touring Car bodyshell which has been developed specifically for rubber tire racing. The shell features sharp angles at the front and a very deep intake type design each side just behind the wide front wheel arches. The new shell is due for release next month."

You can't see much here but it looks good.

I have been wanting to ask this question for awhile now...With a new Mazda 6 (real Mazda 6) on the market will Protoform be making a new Mazda 6 shell? When I saw this spy shot I thought of the new Mazda 6. With the front wheel arches it looks like Protoform might me making their version of the new Mazda 6 in a similar way that the R9 has some Audi influences. Just curious to see if that's what they had in mind...

Not really RC related, but did anyone see the mazdaspeed6 full size car? It is just like a real life touring car, AWD, turbocharged engine, and it looks great.

Yeah fun car they are pretty fast but are very soft in the handling department compared to other mazdaspeed models

This is great can't wait for this body to come out the r9-r was a little disapointing although it looked great

The R9-R has a lot! of turning, and looks as if this body might as well.

Wow;

Can't believe the cat's out of the bag that quickly. I've got some travelling to do in the next few weeks - that's why the release date is Nov 15th. (IHobby Show in Chitown and the SEMAshow/NHRA drags in Vegas)

So...you haven't guessed what body style this is yet eh! Here's a clue: The guy in the pic will have a personalized licence plate on the decal sheet for the "Protoform LTC-R" body.
