I will have my F1. I have also had a few guys ask about WGT, so if you will run those cars too I think there is some interest.

Mine should be here this week, CRC. If I can get it put together and practice by Thursday, it'll at least be on display. If there are 3 or more, by track rules, we can race them in our regular program. If we're going to run true WGT rules, I'll bite the bullet and buy a 13.5 for it. FYI, our F1 rules right now are Silver can motor, any open wheel chassis, any 6 cell or 7.4 lipo. Wheels and tires are currently not TCS as they are a pain to come by and everyone has run their fronts down to the chassis. I've got personal spares for most parts and should have more by race day for the F103 including tires.

There should be a WGT class Saturday. There are 3 CRCs a couple Associateds and some other assorted 200 mm pans. We can run the 21.5s with the 13.5 4 cells just to make it go if that's what everyone is running. I just hope my gearing is figured out Friday night.

F1 may be the surprise event as there might be enough for 2 or 3 heats. I'm finishing up my MP4-7 paint scheme with Senna at the wheel.

Thread Hi-Jack over...

Here is some more information....

ALL USVTA rules will be in effect.
All tires will have to be inspected and marked before they can be used. There will be online signs up.
Two full days of racing action.
Racing will be done in "Reedy Race" format...... example 2 or 3 qualifiers(depending on turn out) to seat everyone 1 to 100(est.) and then the field will be split in half....into an A group top half and a B group lower half. Each group will then race a total of 6 heads up racing rounds over the two days with 5 races counting for your points and 1 as a throw out. The A and B groups will each have awards for the top 10 in each group. All Qualifiers and Races will be 5 minutes.

There will also be a SUPER 20 CAR Main after all the racing is done. We will take the top 10 from each group and have them all race at the same time on the track for an 8 minute super main.....with the winner getting a trophy and they will also get their name engraved on a perpetual trophy.

Also we will have a Team or Track Competition. You will have to have 4 racers on a team with a total of 6 racers max on a team. Each of these racers will get points based on how they finish over all. The 4 highest totals will count towards the final tally. A Driver in the B group will not score higher then a driver in the A group to eliminate sand bagging. The winning team will get a team trophy and they will have their team's or track's name engraved on a perpetual trophy.

Just a little re-fresher

Thumbs up

Hi guys, just a reminder to everybody, if you are going to make it to this years USVTA Nationals, please sign up at rcsignups to help us plan this event. Even if you don't want to pay right away, we can get an idea on the numbers for the race. Thanks
