hey guys i got another quick question for the evo 2's
Are the evo 2 suspension arms replacable with the evo 3 suspension arms? as one guy told me that the evo 2 have the same suspension arms as the EVO 3 and TA04 and some other XXX team losi car. can anyone confirm this please?
thanks

To be honest, I am not entirely sure. I have just bought the Hardened TB Evo II arms and had no problems with them. You can get TB Evolution arms too, but aside from that, i am not sure what else are compatible. The Evo III probably are, since most of the two cars look the same except for the battery position and the drivetrain.
Sorry I can't help much more, i gotta admit, i'd like to know myself!!

Brainteased...
You can do a complete conversion and use the TA04/evo3 arms on the evo2, but you have to use the upright, c-hubs and steering knuckles of the TA04/Evo3 as well... unfortunately, the stock evo2 suspension parts are slightly different and will be slightly off if you just replace the arms... a complete makeover is needed to make it work... hope this helps...

if you use the ta04/evo3 arms you will be extending your wheelbase, even without those spacers. I have an evo2 and evo3 and i tried swapping out the arms but it made the wheelbase too long no matter what i did. then i looked at some pics of the evo2.5 and they used ta04ss arms. almost the same geometry and now your car will still fit your bodies. like eeyan said you will need to buy the uprights and c-hubs, etc to make it all work nicely, dont forget new hingepins like i did. i also fit an evo3 rear shock tower onto my evo2 so i can run the same bodies on my evo2 and 3. I would have done the front too but speedtechrc was out of front shock towers for the evo3. lemme know if you want to see a pic...
