can anyone advise wats the grade for the wire connected from the ESC to Batt and ESC to Motor... ??? 16g wire???

Unless you're doing stock 1/12th scale or very low powered "silver can" motors, 16 gauge will not provide enough conductor. My customers have been very happy with our 13 gauge wires for almost every application except 1/8th scale electric conversions.

just bought and rebuilt a trf416 we pretty straight forward wiring... things did was to ensure that there's no doubled side tape in the chassis for easy rebuilding... (I rebuild kits like an addict)
had a hard time with 12 gauge motor wires though because it kept on ushing the esc out of its mounting... solution: right after wiring for the nth time... put heat on the wires to reform it...
suggestions are welcomed with open arms@!
