Default anyone ever buy from teamxray.com?

I'm interested in buying a new xray car, but I'm wondering if anyone has ever purchased anything from their web site shop? If you have, did you have any trouble with the service? How was their turnaround time?

Thank you to anybody who can provide some feedback.

I've bought from there before. Most everything is in stock, shipping is pretty slow depending on your location.

If you want an alternative, try www.ashfordhobby.com
They have cheaper prices than close to retail than team xray.

Stormer hobbies is pretty good also. Ashford and Stormer are pretty close in price and they are definetly cheaper then Xray Shop.

I have purchased from Both Ashford and X-shop, service is good with both. Prices are fairly close. Typical 4 day shipping using UPS ground.

Ordering directly from the x-shop will save you time and money. But if you are able to buy from your LHS, please do so.

I use my local hobby shop wich is in florida . Serpent is the distributor for the us and is in south florida. I havent used the x-shop yet , but i can tell you serpent sucks for shipping and questions. If the part is not available or on back order they dont tell you .... you just wait for weeks on end and when you call to see where your stuff is , thats when they tell you. In florida anything shipped ups is always next day delivery. For some reason it takes up to a week to get stuff from them cause they dont process the order for a few days after they recieve it. I hate to bash a company , but they have yet to satisfy or impress me.
