Default Looking for the most speed

Hi everyone new here but not really new to the rc world (had a 1/18 rc car before with a mamba electric motor) been a long time though since I have messed with rc's.

Ok I am looking to build the fastest best handling electric car for around $1,500, I was thinking the tc5 and a mamba 9000kv. As far as batteries go I have no clue what to use and no clue where to buy all this stuff (local place only has the 8000kv and I know they sell direct but I would like to purchase all my stuff from one place only) I would like something that can do 100 mph+ but it doesn't have to if its gonna spin out of control all the time like my 1/18 rc did.

Thanks everyone.
