Integy 16x7 v6 VS. 16x9 v6 Comparison?

Can anyone clarify the difference between the 16x7v6 and 16x9v6?

It seems that the main differences between the two chargers are:

16x7v6 - 1-8 cells, 30 amp discharge, 6.5 amp max charge, built in power supply

16x9v6 - 1-10 cells, 20 amp discharge, 7 amp max charge, built in power supply

Is it true that the 16x9v6 can only discharge 20 amps? Why is it almost $60 more than the 16x7v6? The website isn't very clear, and some of the information is not updated.

What's the verdict? Are there other features or advantages that make the 16x9v6 worth the extra $60? Both are within my price range.

The difference between the Indi 16x9v6 and the 16x7v6 is that the x9v6 has an internal resistance measurement, 10 programmable memory slots, data recall on all battery vital information, torpedo type built in boosting charge, partial charge from 10 % to 50% so you can store your NiMH with power in them, a linear VESC fuzzy logic charge, 6 uses seletable ring tones and a on and off auto repeak so you can re-charge your packs right before a race. The x9v6 also has a 14 amp internal power supply so you can power a comm lathe and motor dyno. The x9v6 only has a 20 amp discharge but it only takes about 5 minutes estimated. If I were in your position I would go with whatever fits your budget. Both are very good chargers...also the Integy 16x7 is cheaper then the v6 version and the only difference is the 30 amp discharge and just a different look.
