Default Silly Question re Tyre Inserts

Ok, not too cluey with Tyre inserts so a couple of Q's

Whats the difference between Sorex A, B and C inserts?

Am I going to find much difference between Sorex A Medium inserts (which I was told I should use) and Much More A Medium-Firm inserts (which is what I have in my pit box)

The letters on sorex inserts refer to thickness.
The medium or firm refers to how hard the insert is.

Thicker inserts fill the tyre more, dont allow as much sidewall flex and keep the tyre warmer (no room for air circulation).
Thin inserts allow for a wider contact patch on the tyre, more sidewall flex and let the tyre run cooler.

Hard inserts are good for smooth, high speed tracks.
Medium inserts are good for bumpy, lower grip tracks (medium allows for more contact patch and flex also).

Ok well I was recommended A mediums for the track we both race on, (Sorex A Mediums) so will A Medium-Firm be noticably different.

What do you recommend for Bayswater?
