Contact Orion. I have seen in other instances they will work with there customers who have had similar experiences.

$hittiest customer service ever, Team Orion. I did the same thing you did, I called in to get a new case, he said send the battery in and we'll fix it. They don't even call when they got it, i had to call them a week later...Then he says he will replace the pack for $70

I said send it back and he paid for the return shipping. I ended up dumping it on here for $65 and bought a new one for $100.

Seriously, they need to wake up.

Wouldn't replacing the pack mean you get a "NEW" one for $30 cheaper than what you spent in the end?

He only spent an extra $35 dollars after selling his original pack. Orion wanted to charge him $70. I believe the cases should be replaceable either by the end user or the manufacturer for a small price.

I gotcha $35 out of pocket is better than $70. While he may be upset that the cases aren't sold seperately from Orion....I think you will run into the same situation from all Lipo companies. No one is making things in house. They are all coming from some other source.

I gotta a damaged case also and wondered if I could get a new case. Haven't contacted anyone, it works fine and is a extra.
If they offered the cases to the general public, wouldn't that open up a mess of cheatin? Or my thought was if I could get a case ( roar approved) and stuff the cheaper True Rc packs in there( not roar approved) who knows, other than all ya'll reading this LOL. Could make for a tech inspection nightmare.

If you crack your case, you can always shrink wrap it to keep it together, it will not be all perrty, but it will do the job. Just a suggestion.
