TEKTT2152 Tekin RS Sensored Brushless ESC/Motor Combo 13.5T

ASCLRP80582 LRP A.I. Brushless Reverse Digital ESC & Eraser Brushless Motor Combo (13.5T)

NOV3013 Novak GTB SS13.5 Pro Brushless System (ESC + Motor)
The problem with the LRP choice is that it is not a competition designed system. The LRP50840 13.5 Turn and LRP80750 TC Spec ESC is the correct competition combo.

This LRP combo is priced competitively against the others and is the most capable system, even against the SP system.

If you plan on running the 13.5 class and nothing faster than say a 6.5 then the RS is more than enough esc to handle that.

If you're near amain talk to Kendall. He runs our esc. You can ask his opinion as well as a few of our team drivers in the area. Blake Cannon is one that comes to mind.

We offer the size, progamability and easy updates via the Hotwire USB interface that others simply can't compete with. You don't have to worry about not having the latest esc or latest profile. You will have it just by updating your own right from your computer.

It has been interesting reading what people are recomending. I've seen everything now.. LOL Some "Pro" drivers only recomend what they run. But then again, is that why they are so fast ? Do they have better batteries, Motor speedo combo or just a great set-up? Whatever it may be I almost positive that He (or She) is beating you on the track and not so much in the pit. One thing for sure is getting it ALL right. Nothing left on the table. My Novak 13.5 is awesome in my E4 but the Hackers got too hot!
Strange tho the Hacker is faster than the Novak in my 12th scale. But then again its a GTB 4 cell .. LOL could it all just be an interesting coinsedince?
Or a timing issue? Hmmm.

Look man... Just get one that suits your style. I bet its as fast as anything out there. As long as its Competition ready and not a toy ! Just gear conservative at first and work up to temp. Let me know how it goes

I personally run the GTB...and Yes I am one of the few on the planet who does so. I also run the 13.5 motor form Novak. These work great together and I am never short of power...

Take your pic, there's plenty to choose from out there.

I've run the Tekin and Speed Passion ESC's on silver cans and they were as strong as any brushed ESC.

Tekin RS/RS PRO
Speed Passion GT 1.0 / GT1.1
LRP Sphere Comp /TC SPEC/ SPX Stock Spec
Team Wave RB30 / RB50
