Default what lipo fits best in tamiya trf 415 msxx

i just picked up a tamiya trf 415 msxx,just checking if anyone knows what brand of lipo battery fits best in this chassis. thanks guys

They all require modification of the right rear bulk-head. Either that or you can get MSXX stick-pack conversion. This includes a revised right-rear blukhead, revised upper deck, and revised center post that allow lipo to fit. These parts can be purchased separately, but they cost just as much as the whole kit...

I have a 415MSX MRE and use one of these trays - they work very well and move the lipo out just enough to clear the bulkhead. The downside is that they move the weight a few mm's away from centre - but it all works for me!

I've seen you post this solution before, but does it really work? I imagine the battery would have to be moved out a good half an inch to clear the bulkhead Can you post pictures of yours?

The best solutions is grind the bulkhead.
