Default FWD touring cars

I've been out of the touring RC world for quite sometime. aren't there any people into FWD touring cars anymore? are all touring cars now being used 4wd? The reason i'm asking is because i'm selling a vintage FWD touring car and no one seems to be interested.

Correct - FWD Touring cars never really took off (were not popular), and as such, unless someone specifically wants exactly what you got for sale, you probably won't sell it easily. Just clean it up and put it on the shelf to look at.

My first RC car was actually a Tamiya FWD chassis, it was fun at the time, but I wouldn't want to go back.. I have to agree with kn7671 - better just keep it as a piece of history, the money you would get for it probably is not worth your time spent on trying to sell it. Only if there are any mad collectors out there somewhere...

The one car I have that I'll never sell is my Yokomo YRF-2 special, just way too cool of a car

I'm going to build a FF-01 with a custom chassis- similar to a YR-F2 but with an Associated 10L front end at the rear instead of a trailing arm. Don

I have a FF01 that has never been run just sitting on the shelf. My plan was to run in a VIntage TCS race. Well now I may sell it. But does look cool slammed in the ground on top of my workbench

Lemme just share the FWD item that i'm talking about. it's vintage and it's in excellent condition. yeah i guess you're right... unless someone particularly is looking for that model.

If you want more interest, try the forums on Tamiyaclub.com

http://www.tamiyaclub.com/forum/index.php?

It can be a total PITA to sign up there, but I'm sure it would sell much faster...
