Default Trinity 35c 3800 Price Question

Hi,
I am looking into getting the new trinity lipo and have been doing some searches for a good price and I came across this.
http://rcmarket.com.hk/product_info....cpn4r9t2ulsc16

Is this for real? Has anyone ordered from this site before? If so let me know becasue I would love to get a lipo for that price! Heck Id buy 2 for that price. I just dont want to but it and then not get what I was expecting.

Thanks
Brian

You can save how ever much money you want, but if you keep buying from all the online shops the tracks wont be around when you go to race.

I know money is tight for everyone now, but we still need to get most of our stuff from the hobby shops at our tracks or we wont have anyplace to race. The hobby shop at most any track can and will order anything we need, and trust me when i say they arent trying to rape us on the prices of the items, there just helping to keep the doors open so we can race.

We will have those packs in at the end of next week $79.99 shipped to your door.

You might want to see how much he is charging for shipping.

If you can't support the local hobby shop maybe try supporting the U.S. online shop

Not trying to say buy from High Velocity, but maybe you should support the U.S. shops first.

Normally I would agree with you except in this case....Trinity is supposedly based in the USA correct! If so why is it cheaper to purchase the same brand from overseas. Local tracks are typically not affected by the LHS as in most cases stores do not sponsor or own tracks. In fact if you cant afford the parts, it doesnt matter how many tracks we have. IMO the solution is to make parts more availabe at the club level. Discounts sould be extended to races when they attend these races. A good example of this is at the Florida state Series where the purchares of tires are seeing discounts ONLY at races of about 20%!!!!

Only 20%?!?! 20% off tires is a freaking awesome deal. Our shop only marks them up 10% over cost and they still cost over $30.

to me that 59.99 sounded slightly suspicous, that is why i was asking. It seemed a little to good to be true. I know most packs are in the 80-100 range. I

It all depends on how a product is distributed. I can't speak for overseas but this is how it usually happens in the U.S.

Company (them) imports product from overseas and pays import tax.
Option 1. They sell direct to hobby shops (profit for them).
Option 2. They sell it to other distributor's (less profit for them).
Option 3. They sell it to you the consumer (even more profit for them).

If the product is made in the same country then they don't have to pay import tax but the same principal apply's.

I don't know if this helps or not.
