Question, is it normal for the 610C charger to get up to 130 while charging at 8amps? Maybe I should set the charger on the battery while charging to heat it up...

I race electric once a month. Do I simply re-peak or discharge and recharge like ni-mh ?
After a meeting I just leave the pack as is, about 60% full, then balance charge the day before the races.

I read somewhere, maybe on here, that Lipo's should not ideally be left full for very long periods hence my storing after a run.

I put a fan blowing on my 610 charger. I was charging at 10 and noticed it got real hot and dropped the amps done to like 7.5, With a fan it stays pretty close to 10 for most of the charge.

I'm guessing it's the Thunderpower type.

It is the usual THunder Power 4 wire connector, although only 3 of the wires are used.

I got my tp 40c 4000 packs 2 weeks ago and WOW !! what an improvement
these pack have punch all the way through the run
and the 610c charger works great and so simple to use, and its compact design gives you more room in your pit area. thats cool !!!!
