My 610 chargers already have the 5.5a version that is provided via the upgrade link and there is no competition mode to charge the lipos to 8.43v, is it hidden somehow?

Where's the saddle packs!?!

Also I own a Team Checkpoint TC1030 charger. I'm going to pick up the Team Checkpoint LiPo balancer to go with it. What adapter do I need to plug these packs into the Team Checkpoint balancer?

You can use either program cable. We have a V1 and V2. The V2 is the better one to use if you have to purchase one. We will be posting both versions of the firmware 5.7V1 and 5.7V2 on the web site. Hopefully next week is what I'm told.

Regarding Single cell, YES we have one in the works. Will be here soon.

We are not up todate on everyones charger or balancer. The best thing to do is contact the manufacture of the charger or balancer you are using. Most make adapters to work.

For the particular pack (TP4200-2SPR) noted above, does the stated dimension of 23.5 mm tall INCLUDE the faux cell "bumps" on the bottom of the case, or not?

Default Thunder Power 610C Charger

610C Charger firmware update

We have decided to hold off in posting version 5.7 firmware for the 610C charger on our web site at this time. There are a couple other changes we would like to do and it would be less confusing to post it at this time. If you would like version 5.7 and have a PGM V2 programmer and would like to update your charger until we can make all the changes we would like to do. E-mail me at [email protected] and I will send you the 5.7 update with instructions.

Sorry for the delay and inconvenience at this time.

Today I ran the 5.7 update on my 610C with my TP5000 40C pack. On the track voltmeter, my packs were 8.42v each time (3q, and 1 main). At home they read 8.42~.43v according to my personal voltmeter and my GFX lipo. So far so good. It's a nice little charger.
