BIGGEST MISTAKE I MADE WAS ORDERING FROM YOU GUYS! Ordered on the 21st of Dec. You hide the fact they aren't in stock, and then when you tell me they aren't, you offer a refund, which I AM STILL WAITING FOR 2 WEEKS LATER!

YOU HAVE MY NAME & NUMBER...DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!

I feel your pain. I ordered on the 27th and received it on Jan. 10th after it supposedly shipped Priority on the 5th. 3 Emails to them went unreplied. I finally got a response from PMing him here. Ironically his site claims "bringing you the very best customer service in 2009". So far in 2009 you have two unhappy customers.

I got a chance to practice with a pack at the Novak race. After I ran it I then knew why I couldn't hang with the those that ran them. I felt like I brought a knife to a gun fight.

Thanks for letting me test a pack and congrats on the 13.5 rubber tire win.

I'm surprised to hear that you guys are having problems with customer service from Thunder Power.

They went way out of their way and beyond what I ever expected to get mine to me before the Open Wheel race...and at their expense no less.

Extremely satisfied customer here. Not only a world class product, but number one in customer service in my book.

I hope it works out for you guys and you get your packs soon, I can only assume the overwhelming request for them has caused something to slip through the cracks unintentionally in your cases.

It wasn't thunder power. It was ultraline hobbies.

The blame lies with us (Ultraline Hobbies) not Thunder Power. The holidays were a busy time for us, and we didn't update the site as needed.

No excuse to not answer multiple emails. From now on I'll only order from a reputable company such as Stormer or Nexus.

You can try Horizon Hobbies, Hacker USA, also some of the larger hobby shops. If not they will be availble at the birds hobby shop.

I placed an order through Hacker USA on the 29th of Dec and I'm still waiting... they said they're waiting on a shipment from you? Horizon's site says "Due Early March, 2009". When will a shipment of the 5000 2S 40C packs go to Hacker?
