Judging by the setup, yes it looks as if this person ran stick packs. You can do it on a weapon but i darn near don't recommend it. You will have to really tweak and modify the chassis slightly to make it work correctly for you, but like I said, it can be done. I was contemplating changing my offroad, rally weapon to one just for convenience purposes.
