Get the OR05S -- they are softer. Use a lot of green slime.

other things that help-
stiffer front springs (smaller B #)
softer rear springs (larger B #)
less negative front camber
more front dampening (larger A #)
less rear dampening (smaller A #)
less rear droop
Thanks for the help, I'm not Farr off of a good setup. This info will be VERY HELPFUL.

Was a great race to watch. Josh's first day with an awesomatix. Actually second battery on the car. He drove associated last 2 years. He doesn't want to drive that ever again his words.

Anthony's TQ run was pretty impressive as well. I believe he was the only person to do 34 laps all day.

Hanulec-how many orders out are you on Evo 2? I need to get one ordered asap if it's possible to have one before snowbirds. If not I will order after.

Congrats in the win Josh.

In Western Canada I await photos from the 17.5 TC and VTA winners Jake D and Jacob R. The boys came up a little short in Mod, but had a great showing overall.

Mike Gee this past weekend TQ'd a small turnout at Horsham with his new EvoII in stock. Setup sheet should be available soon.

10 kits should be awaiting pickup at the PO. If the order is complete then 4 are unspoken for...

At our points series at HoB Max in NC.

I was able to Tq all six races. Won 4 of the six to take the overall points.

So with Josh's win that gave Awesomatix 5 wins in the series. The only lose was a dnf on my part after getting hit while leading the main and popping a ball cup off.

I was just glad to see someone that had never driven the car pick it up and wheel it like Josh did. Makes me feel better about the set up I've tried to share with the other guys. I thought it may end up only suiting my driving style.

Jamison- I say plan "B" worked! Lol

What is the defference between the C01AL-S2 and the new carbon chassis in terms of stiffness? Why/when would you choose the carbon over the aluminum or vice-versa?

I re green slimed the O-rings and cranked on the setscrew and no sign of a leak. I'm not sure if cranking the setscrew or green slime fixed it? The diff was built with green slime on the O-rings so if the leak returns I'll know it is thru the seals.

Need some help.
I had a big race this weekend, and I had problems with my steering all weekend. The issue is, that if I set up the steering on the setup up bench, and everything is stright, then if I just hit a disc on the track, then my steering is off by some degrees ???
First I thought it was my servo allluminium horn, that was the problem, but changing it didn't make any diffrent. Changing the servo also didn't help anything.
I looked very careful at the link between the servo horn and the steering rack, but this does not change lenght at all. (I measured it, and checked it several times)

So my own thought goes to the floating servo mount. I think that it moves a little when the car has a small impact. I have tried to tighten the 2 screws in the chassie, but It seems that I can't get the so tight, so the servo mount is completly fixed.

On my previus Xray, there was a smalle guiding pin located in between the 2 fixing screws, just to hold it in place, but on the EVO700, there is only the 2 screws.

Does any has some other idears, or has anyone had the same issue with the floating servo mount.

Thanks in advance.
