Are people still running the short links on the car? I would like the car to be a little more responsive, and I have a weird mid corner/exit push. I know i have not posted a set up but would going to the short links help in these areas? Also what turnbuckle lengths are needed for short link set up. Thanks!

I like the aggressiveness of the short links and still run the car that way. 1 inch turnbuckles will work fine.

I normally run short links all the time on carpet. I use the lunsford 1-1/8" turnbuckles. In general, I would say the short links will make the car more responsive, but maybe a little less overall steering, so hard to say if it will help. You should really post a whole setup

Gee,

What about asphalt? Lot of us are getting ready for Reedy. Most of AZ guys all run in low to mid bite asphalt so long links seems to work best. Would you recommend short links on carpet and long links on asphalt as a general start?

Generally, thats what I do. On carpet its short links with little to no shims under the lower arms, and long links with 1mm shims under the lower arms on asphalt. Some guys run long links on carpet, and some guys run short links on asphalt, but this hasnt let me down yet.

I know Kyle won the warmup race but I think his setup looks weird But then again people think my setups look weird so who knows

If it's a PDF you need to print as PDF, which gets rid of the editable PDF features and makes it small enough.
