Come on Hanulec, you don't want ROAR to ban the Awesomatix like they did the d3.5 17.5t motor..lol....
Congrats to the A700 winners ! I did not even open mine yet...lol...

Well, it also says "300 x 400 cm" which could be a problem for the UPS guy.

Glass boards that are cut nicely with polished edges are very expensive

Good day to all. Just a quick question. I just want to ask if what's the difference between A700EX and A700EXL. TIA. I am about to get one. Cheers!

Information is here: http://shop.awesomatix.com/index.php?productID=917

This is the version of A700EX kit only without the several parts for transverse motor layout.

How durable are the arms/turnbuckles/steering blocks on this car? I'm relatively new to carpet, but my last two cars I've been able to be decently fast with them, however the local track uses boards and my cars always seem to be attracted to them.

What's the overall performance with someone who hits a board or two every now and then?

I think I'm in the same boat as you. I am getting better as a racer, but I still hit things now and then. The only thing I've broken was one of the turnbuckle scissors. If you hit, it seems you're more likely to have a ball cup pop off than break anything..... depending on how hard you hit. I run 17.5 so if you're running mod, or maybe 13.5 you may see more damage, but I don't think its any more fragile than any other car I've owned. I'd actually say the opposite, although the settings may be knocked askew after a hit more so than other car designs (again, maybe- maybe not it all depends).
