Yes, they have the same geometry, just a slightly different design for future caster "check" tool.

All old parts are suitable for new chassis.
So you have the possibility to change only the lower deck and dampers+AM08-1 to get about the same car as A700EX or A700L.
All new AM** parts are suitable for old cars.
Only AM24 needs the drilling of two additional holes on the old chassis.

Do you still have to trim the motor shaft or have they got that fixed? I also heard without the body posts this thing could drive upside down!

Is that made from an xray servo post?

Love the top deck. Brilliant!

Hi,
yes i used an XRAY servo post, which just fits fine.

Regarding the TOP deck, i used a carbon fibre rod with Kyosho/AWESOMATIX ball joints. This solution avoids any tweak issues, allows maximum chassis flex without having it to bend longitudinally (i used a Trex 450 spare part n° HS1016T, total cost 4,50 euro). In my last configuration i lowered the front ball joint right down to AM01, looks even nicer.

My next idea is to adopt rear body mounts directly on suspension hubs, just like on nitro models.
