Default Awesomatix A700 Out of stock??

I was introduced to JD racing's awesome blog about his RC hobby when i came across this revolutionary A700 kit. I went to check their website but it was set as 'out-of-stock'

when will the new kits be ready? I read through the forum and there seems to be a new 'revised' car coming up? Do they have a distributor with stock?

what spares should i stock up for race day, besides ordering the 'First - aid - kit'?

I have dealt with a lot of companies in and outside of the RC hobby before and I found that Oleg and Awesomatix is one of the best in customer service and speed.

I was in Thailand (I stay in Malaysia) with the car to test and damaged a part. Got online and ordered a few parts on Sunday afternoon at 5pm and today 3 days after i placed the order, it arrived before noon in malaysia. I am ready for another day at the track this weekend.

Simply outstanding.

Thank You Oleg.

New / improved / revised items are being tested and will be available to the public shortly. 2 items that are confirmed for release and what I'm most interested in are the lower deck (narrower and different flex) and P01/P02 (stronger). A must have item that's not on the list (link above) is the P20 - Front Universals Ring. Otherwise, the car is very durable and race worthy right out of the box.

Raceworthy, fast, innovative, well made are all adjectives I would use to describe the A700 but "very durable" is not one of them.

The only failures I've experienced with this car is the P01/P02 ball joints and the front universal rings popping off on impact. The P20 part (universal ring cover) has greatly increased the durability in this area (no failures since using P20). Hopefully, the release of the revised/improved P01/P02 pieces will do the same.

Didn't Oleg help in sorting out your issue? Are you still experiencing failures in the damping area or elsewhere?

I'm sure it will do well at regional and maybe national level but internationals it might be a differant story, not becuase the car or the drivers are any less capable than the competition but big teams have a huge advantage as then can share, new "hop up" parts, setup changes and tactics. Its no coincidence that Tamiya always do well in the worlds, look at the resourses they throw at it.

P18/P19 - Ball Joint S Set is now available.

Oleg - Can you provide some info/pics of these new pieces? I can only assume at this point that these are the revised/improved bits over the P01/P02. Will the chassis and the 'other' pieces be available soon?

Hi, I have this parts at home, I didn't test it, but I think that these are not the new P01/P02 improved, because P18/P19 are the same like P01/P02, only more short.
