Default brushless in 2009

hey all: What's going to be the brushless motor rule for the superstock class 13.5 or 10.5? Also is oval the only form of rc racing that is using 21.5 or is it viable for on and off road as well? Thanks

13.5 will be ROAR super stock in 2009. VTA racing also uses 21.5...not sure if it has enough power for off road.
