Default Where to get?

Can you buy these kits in a store or is there an online store? Chicagoland area.

If I already have a FTTC3 so all I need is just the conversion kit?

For foam carpet racing do I get the D1 or the D2?

Thanks

Slow, yes all you need is the conversion kit. It seems that for carpet the D1 is the better of the two cars...even more so when the traction comes up. Send an email to Victor @ [email protected] to contact him for pricing and to order.

BTW, are you the one guy Nexus (Anthony Isla) was telling me about that was looking for a Demon? If so, PM me, I have another kit I'm not using. It is in great condition, if you are interested.

The D1 is going to be easier to drive. The D2 is very sensitive, but very fast if you can control it. Most popular setups fpr the TC3 will apply better to the D1. Contact Vic at [email protected] for local distributors.

For those of us going to the Snowbirds-remember to start practicing at 5mm ride height!! AT the Gate last weekend the bite came WAY-up and I had to drop my car from 5mm to 4.5 to keep from tipping in two corners. But I will run at 5mm from now on and make it work.

Ray, cheng wasn't running the car

BTW, for those of you who don't know this, the Stock Foam class at this race was TIGHT...I'd say more so than cleveland probably. My best time was 4 sec from making the show. It's too bad though, I was on a pace in 2nd qual that had I not tapped a board or two late in the race would've put me in the A . Oh well better luck next time, at least I know for myself that the car was good enough and fast enough to run with the front runners. PM me if you want an awesome setup for really high bite carpet w/ foams for stock (D1 3mm)
