Awesome, It'd be great to see Chris on here.

I have my car built and ready to rumble. I'll be running it in mod and possibly stock at Cleveland. Look forward to meeting some of you guys!

That started life as a custom part for Rob Love-one of my buddies here in Cleveland. Rob's car has been dialed and super fast with the top deck so Vic is trying to get some more made!!

Your best bet is just to e-amil Vic @ [email protected]

Default Thanks!!

Thanks guys for the replies!! Will change to 2 degree block and less droop up front.
Peace and Happy Racing!!

Will report on my next race.

Good thing the cut out upper deck is out again.
I opted for the cut out upper deck when I ordered my Demon month or two ago, But, Victor said he does'nt make them anymore, too bad he makes them again now. Too expensive just to ship the cut out upper deck. The cut out looks cooler.

lem2,

I don't think you will want a milled top deck on the Warp chassis. Will cause too much flex. I am running it on the stock graphite tub chassis. It is already super stiff, but has been milled and what not. I added it for extra rigidity. I am actually going to the solid top deck my self...

RBLove,
Can you possibly post a pic of your upperdeck? Was it a one-off?

Thanks.

Okay I got it now, was going to use the milled upper deck with the IRS side braces, which is mainly used for electronics protection rather than add stiffness, which will also help, little. I had my share of first corner chrashes pile ups that caused problems for the electronics.

Actually it's mainly for looks hehehhehhhe, heck if you can't go fast-- look good being last!!! hehehe But I know my driving will get beter with the Demon!!

Peace to all and Hope you guys have a good race this weekend!!
Happy Holloween!!!!!

Dear Victor

Just a note to tell you how the car is going.
On Saturday night I raced my TC3 with the new chassis on foam tyres at our indoor racetrack. The handling was very impressive considering I had to guess the set up and I took TQ in the first round of qualifying. I hardly needed to make any adjustments to the set up all night and made the A final, qualifying in fourth position. The car went really well, but rolling a bit on the front end so we are now going to try a thicker shock oil in the front to get the transition handling better. Tragedy struck in the final lap when a friend's car touched my bodyshell which switched my speedo off! I went from second to last. I have have now moved the speedo switch to a less vulnerable position. I was delighted with the car's performance and handling and it has been worth the wait!

My set us at present is as follows:

Front:
red springs
80W oil
6 droop
anti roll bar standard
F-0 kick up block
middle holes on shock mount
wishbone outer hole
top link inner upper hole
4 degrees castor
NTC3- steering rack
Losi front hubs
Pro line double purple tires
two hole pistons
camber 2

Rear:
Gold springs
3 hole pistons
no kick up
3 degrees tow in
set as long wheel base
standard back hubs
standard anti roll bar
wishbone outer hole
shock tower middle hole
droop 4
55 weight oil
too link inner upper hole
top hole in rear hub
carbon drive shafts all round
low top deck mounts
73 tooth spur gear
Pro line green tires
Camber 3

I used Tamiya TRF flourine coated damper set (shock absorbers) and set the front length to 67 millimetres with TC3 ball ends and spring cups on and set the rears to 66 millimetres with TC3 ball ends and spring cups
Bodyshell Dodge Stratos 1

Kind regards
Adam
