Well-I had a great day today. I finished 2nd in the B-main-although I was the fastest car. I was pulling away on lap one then I screwed up and fell to second on the second lap. I caught first then stayed on his butt-then stuffed it again then got in a race defending my second place. By the time he fell back-it was too late to chase down first. I think I was 2-seonds behind at the finish. Car was soo good today. I qualified 11th and missed the A by less tha 2 seconds. Bummer!! And of course my best run was a A-Main run-but I hit a back marker who crashed right in front of me and I went into a board and sat there for 5 seconds.

I dont feel bad missing the A today as the top ten were amazingly fast drivers. Again-half will be in the A and the other half will be B or C-Main at the Champs!!!

That and I went 0.5 lap faster than last race- so big performance improvements there.

Ray

well today i tried the d-1 in short trim and used the stnderd front end with a one way for fun the car had a slight push with a 3 2 toe block went to a 2 2 still a push then a custom made 1 2 block still a push going into the cornerof a medium length straight away i didnt have time but for every one a recomendation if you nrun the d-1 in short trim with a one way you will need to run the rear shock tower upfront the car need the steering to be a bit more aggressive on a fast flowing track outdoors on asphalt.

by this time next week i'll be running my own personal d-2 i'll be testing the car with different set-ups and will be reporting as will the other team warpspeed drivers!

i qualified 2nd in the pro 19t class at madripp speedway here in sunny so fla today i missed tq by 4 seconds due to a 4 second roof excurssion, the car was dialed even with the slight push, as for the main i had a drag race to the first corner with the tq and figure that wise was to back off and set up for the next corner to get the inside line then poof!! agrh! a brush hung up on the motor! so i pulled it of! well till the next time! vice national stock champion team xray driver lopez who finished second said that its the best he ever saw my tc3 run and when i told him it wasnt my regular tc3 next week i have a good race with him and mike dobbs and dave vera of team shumacher!

team warpspeed were on a mission to win! go team!

Default Demon

build up of the kit is going along fine. I polished the aluminum standoffs which made it look real neat.

Just one, flaw. The antenna mount is on the original side of the chassis. whereas it should be on the side where the electronics are. Oh well, I guess I have to drill a hole. (boohoohoo)

The chassis looks awesome with the IRS side braces to protect the electronics and batts!!
