my first race with my D1 and all I can say is wow I ended up coming in 5th in the A main, I was in 3rd on my move into 2nd but then I traction rolled I'm not too sure why, since I never have there before, and I dont use any traction compound at all.

Does anyone have any ideas, maybe harder springs? right now I am running yellow front and copper rears.

I'll post the rest of my setup a little later, gotta go fishing

jayjp, Remmeber If you used that set-up it was for plaids/purple. Also you ran a Sway bar upfront?

I didnt use the swaybar, I opted for a little stiffer springs instead, the track here is not permanent, and pretty new, so there are some bumpy spots in it.

The tires that I was running were Eleggi 42, 37. I ran that all season, next week I'll try the swaybar and maybe 42, 40?

Thanks for the setup though, besides the 2 or 3 rolls it handled like a dream

Well, I didn't have the greatest day, but my mom got a cool shot of my car in the air, and no, I didn't have it on the model for the B4.

Ariel - no hydraulics, but I could've used a good carpet setup.

Brian - congrats on your win.

Shane - Did you get everything straightened out w/the car?

Oh, and this is my 200th post. yay!

Any of you interested in attending the following race? I'd like to see a good showing at this race. It's my local track and it's a very nice facility. I'll be there with my Warpspeed D1.

Road Course Challenge!

Well uh... the check is in the mail.... honest.

I'll send you a picture or two after the race is over. Show you all the fun you missed just because you didn't want to drop a grand getting here and racing. Cheapskate
